Cat Fest Colorado Springs will be held at the Norris Penrose Event Center, located at 1045 Lower Gold Camp Road in Colorado Springs. General admission hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with VIP admission beginning at 10:00 a.m.
